If we are not part of the provider network for your health insurance, we ask that you pay us at the time of service. We will be glad to file the claim on your behalf.

If you do not have a valid insurance card for your child, we will ask that you assume financial responsibility for the bill for services. We will ask you to pay at the time of the visit.

It is our policy to collect insurance co-payments at the time of service.
