Our practice participates in the provider networks of the following plans.  If you have a valid insurance card, we will be happy to file your claim with these companies: •    Aetna •    Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina •    CIGNA Healthcare of North Carolina •    First Carolina Care •    MedCost (mention that this plan purchased Health Care Savings) •    North Carolina State Health Plan •    SouthCare PPO •    UnitedHealthcare •    WellPath/Coventry HMO •    TriCare Network •    Medicaid If we are not part of the provider network for your health insurance, we ask that you pay us directly at the time of service. We will be happy to file the claim on your behalf. If you do not have a valid insurance card for your child, we will ask that you assume financial responsibility for the bill for services.  We will ask you to pay at the time of the visit. It is our policy to collect insurance co-payments at the time of the visit.
