School systems in our area require that all children receive a complete physical that includes weight, height, blood pressure, vision screening, and updating immunizations. Each county provides a form that you can bring to the office so we can fill it out after the exam and return it to your school. Forms are available through your individual schools. Most elementary schools offer pre-registration around sometime in the spring before you child starts school. Please call early to schedule your appointment for a kindergarten physical.
